GoFleet is a financial services provider operating under South African law, facilitating investments in ride-hailing vehicle fleets. Our services are regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).

2. Eligibility Requirements
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be a South African citizen or permanent resident
Have a valid South African bank account
Complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process

Not be subject to any sanctions or restrictions that would prohibit investment
Prohibited Users
You may not use our services if you are:
Listed on any sanctions lists or prohibited from financial services

Operating multiple accounts without permission

5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Maintaining the security of your account credentials
Monitoring your investments and account activity
Understanding the risks before making investments
Complying with tax obligations on investment returns
Notifying us of any unauthorized account access
Using the platform only for lawful purposes
Not sharing your account with others
Prohibited Activities

Attempting to hack or compromise platform security
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits

6. Investment Terms
Investment Process
Minimum investment amounts apply to each fleet
Investments are subject to availability and funding targets
All investments must be made from your verified bank account
Investment confirmations will be sent via email
Cooling-off periods may apply for certain investments
Lock-in Periods
Each investment has a specified lock-in period during which withdrawals are restricted
Early withdrawal may be permitted in exceptional circumstances with penalties
Lock-in periods help ensure fleet stability and consistent returns
You will be notified when your lock-in period expires
7. Withdrawal and Payout Policy
Return Payments
Returns are calculated monthly based on fleet performance
Payments are made by the 15th of each month
Returns are paid to your registered bank account
Detailed statements are provided with each payment
Tax documents are provided annually
Capital Withdrawals
Withdrawals are only permitted after the lock-in period expires
30 days notice is required for withdrawal requests
Partial withdrawals may be permitted subject to minimum balance requirements
Withdrawal fees may apply
Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
8. Fees and Charges
Platform Fees
Management fee: Percentage of invested capital (disclosed per fleet)
Performance fee: Percentage of returns generated (if applicable)
Withdrawal fee: Fixed fee for early or regular withdrawals
Transaction fee: Bank charges for deposits and withdrawals
Fee Disclosure
All applicable fees are clearly disclosed before you make an investment. Fees may be updated with 30 days notice. Current fee schedules are available on your account dashboard.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms of Service
You provide false or misleading information
We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
Required by law or regulatory authorities
You fail to complete KYC requirements
Your account remains inactive for extended periods
Account Termination Process
We will provide notice before termination unless prohibited by law
Existing investments will continue until their natural maturity
Outstanding returns will be paid according to normal schedules
Account balances will be returned after deducting applicable fees
You may voluntarily close your account with 30 days notice
